I'm Going Viewtiful, Completely Viewtiful

Everyone is so obsessed with romance/love/relationships in anime, so time for something different! Time for a friend-ship blogcrew!

RULES:
1. Specify the ship and fandom.
2. It does not actually have to be anime.
3. A "friend-ship" is two extremely close friends, usually who look/act cute together, or have a very deep relationship with each other. NO worst enemies allowed. No family members either. No couples. Friendly rivals are allowed though, if you catch my drift.
4. Only one person per ship, though two people can use different ones with the same character.
5. It does not have to be just two people. For instance, someone could claim Naruto/Sakura/Sasuke, someone could claim Sakura/Ino, someone could claim Naruto/Sakura.
6. Choose whatever type of fandom you want, anime, manga, video game, TV, book, etc.
7. You may claim up to two ships.

...It's gone. It's over. It's all over! Shaman King ended today! This was one of if not the greatest show of all time, and now it's all over :'(. This is probably the saddest I've ever been about any of my favorite shows ending... I still remember back in August 2003 when it first aired... I did it. I got through a whole series from beginning to end without missing a firstrun episode! Yay!

I'm conflicted about the finale. It wasn't as action-packed as I thought it would be, but it was still so great! Especially since I got to hear Rio sing! XD

And next week will be a new beginning... for Magical DoReMi! This is supposed to last four years! And maybe more if 4Kids pulls a Mew Mew Power... (actually Shaman King was only supposed to last one, but 4Kids divided it into two, when the second round was about to begin, they advertised it as the season finale and said the new season would start in the fall, while in Japan it is only one 64-episode season. Tokyo Mew Mew is one 52-episode season, but in the US on Mew Mew Power, when they introduced Sardon and Tarb, they cut it off and made it into a new season).

But to me, Shaman King is more than a mere show (not to mention it was originally a manga XD). It's a memory. On that TV Tome site, it brought me and two of my best friends ever together, Anthony and Jonathan. Cubix brought us together too but that ended over 2 years ago. The show had just aired and there was some guy with a weird screename horribly editing Shaman King (YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN BY EDITING, HE DOES NOT WORK FOR 4KIDS ENTERTAINMENT XD) and Anthony, Jonathon, and I removed him from his position. We reported him all over and Anthony applied for it and got in there are finished him off, and Jonathon was given co-editor. Ironically, someone named Shortyredd17 had Cubix and she didn't even like it. Anthony and I removed her, and he took the guide, but sucked with it, so he resigned and I took over, and let Jonathon co-edit.

Ahhh, Shaman King and Cubix. Probably the shows we're most known for.

Eh, I'm too tired for graphics. However, this week seemed like an hour now that I'm back in school.

Also, I would like to honor my newest fan, fearmirichan. She used my first Doremi colorbar and I went to thank her, and she said we could be friends even though the Friends Only tag said simply commenting wouldn't get me added unless she knows me over IM or IRL, which I don't. But she wanted to be friends anyway! It made me feel so special! ^^

Then she did a meme that showed how much we have in common (I'll take it later), and she has an LJ trading card community, prettyinpixel, which is pretty fun. She gave me a card, see my user info for it.

I went to the 4Kids.TV Shaman King website and saw the movie of Yoh/Amidamaru spirit form from the 1st season, and it brought back memories of when I first found the show. :'( I'll miss this show...

Oh well, Magical DoReMi is a perfect replacement for it. :)

Also I recieved my locker, and on the inside door, I put up a picture of the Chibi Mew Mews from Tokyo Mew Mew ending sequence.

Also, in my graphics journal yesterday (matty_great_pix) I put up a Chibi Mew Mew Friends Only banner (I'm obsessed with that). Today, I put up 2 Donkey Kong colorbars, one of the Donkey Kong Country trilogy on the SNES (Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble) and one of Donkey Kong 64.

Yep, that's right Laura (lankyanimelass), donkeykongsong did Donkey Kong colorbars XD. But my name actually came before I was a big DK fan, it was the King Kong Song by the band ABBA I used to listen to, my sister was uploading the music onto her computer and renamed the King Kong Song to the Donkey Kong Song and we even altered the words a little bit. However, I'm a big DK fan now :-)

Anyway, at the request of Laura, I did a Shaman King friends only banner of Anna Kyoyama, and at the request of Gato gatochick14, I FINALLY did a Final Fantasy VII colorbar.

Now, I reached my limit of 3, but the other day I did more. If no one objects to me putting up another one and has no problem with it cluttering the friends page, I will put one more on.

I also would like to honor pinkauthoress27. She used my Digimon Friends Only banner and she rounded up some more fans for me. She said they all liked it. That just made my day. Thanks, Pinky! Love ya!

Well, this weekend is the final episode of Shaman King. I'm both excited and sad. What emoticon should I use?

Also, I found out that the Kids' WB! weekday lineup will be replaced by a repeat of ER at 3 followed by a full hour of 8 Simple Rules for Dating my Teenage Daughter at 4. 8SR was good until John Ritter died. ER is OK, I rarely get to see it though, since I never remember to watch at that time and my NBC reception sucks, but I can tape it and watch it when I get home. It's the best I got, it's no Xiaolin Showdown, but it'll do.

76 episodes of 8SR is probably good enough for a full hour on a weekday lineup (better than Xiaolin Showdown's 39 XD), but with ER, let's just hope they don't pull a Pokémon or Jackie Chan Adventures and only show the latest season over and over again without going back, or this new lineup will flop as well. They have the right to the first 11 seasons, the 11th season has 22 episodes, more than Jackie Chan's fifth season's 13 but less than Pokémon's 7th season's 52 (and with Jackie they skipped some, and with Pokémon they didn't always go to the end)
